Project governance at the eLearning cluster is organized around vertically oriented labs. The labs support research into a variety of areas pertinent to eLearning. Each lab is overseen by a lab director who is also a lead researcher for a specific research program:
- ePedagogy Lab
- Business Analysis Lab
- Human Computer Interaction Lab
- Multi Modal Device Lab
- Semantic Infrastructure Lab
- Implementation Lab
Currently, eLearning has 19 researchers involved in 13 projects. The lab directors serve as coordinators and a single point of information about the work ongoing in their labs. In addition, they are all engaged in research projects as well.
